Linux/RK 3.10 for x86_64 updated

Updated version of Linux/RK 3.10 for x86_64 is released (RK version 1.5). It is based on the 3.10.39 kernel and supports 64-bit x86 (x86_64) platforms.

Change log:
- Automated configuration of LLC (last-level cache) partitioning
- Fixed minor bugs

Linux/RK 3.10 for x86_64 released

A new version of Linux/RK is now released. It is based on the 3.10.39 kernel and supports 64-bit x86 (x86_64) platforms.

The new features added to this version are as follows:
- A suite of real-time synchronization protocols (PIP, PCP, HLP, MPCP)
- A virtualization-aware multiprocessor synchronization protocol (vMPCP)
